This is a 6-12 week / 5 day a week program designed for both men and women who want to put on lean muscle. I wrote up and used this specific program when I reached a roadblock and was not seeing the aesthetic muscular changes i was looking for. In 3 weeks, I was seeing significant results as I lost 1% body fat and put on 3 pounds of lean muscle!
This program consists of the 5 ab workouts that I personally complete every week to keep my abdominal section trim and ripped up. The workouts in this program include concepts to develop abdominal toning, abdominal strength, and abdominal vascularity.
